Hi my name is Engr. Cesar Noel Quiñon. I’m a Web Developer / Training and Development Officer currently working for Agents of Value.com and have been for the last 10 months now (As i am writing this). I mostly speak about computers (and other related stuff) and very interested in sharing things that I know (If someone would gladly listen).

Before that I worked as Studio-Remote Engineer/ Videographer for GMA TV Network-Davao doing electrical and electronics stuff and as a cameraman. Before that I worked as a freelance web & graphic designer for various individuals.

I am now married to Jeanie and proud father to baby Venice Marie

That’s most of me as I write this, well hopefully things will change a bit and tomorrow I’ll be somewhat different.
